Manila, Aug. 13 -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is again calling for volunteers to help in the repacking of family food packs (FFPs) at its National Resource Operations Center (NROC) in Pasay City.

In a statement on Wednesday, Assistant Secretary Irene Dumlao of the DSWD's Disaster Response Management Group (DRMG) said more helping hands are welcome as the NROC, the agency's main production hub, continues producing and stockpiling relief items to ensure that aid is deployed immediately in times of disasters or emergencies.
