Manila, Feb. 11 -- The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has rolled out its Integrity Chain Portal to ensure traceable, auditable and accessible records for accredited validators of the Blockchain Council of the Philippines (BCP), expanding its transparency initiatives.

Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon said the initiative launched on Tuesday complies with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. for the agency to leverage digitalization and strengthen private organization oversight to verify and monitor all projects -from bidding and planning, to final awarding and its completion.
