Manila, March 30 -- The Department of Public Works and Highways-National Capital Region (DPWH-NCR) on Monday announced that works at the EDSA Magallanes Flyover in Makati City would be conducted round-the-clock this Holy Week.

In a social media post, the DPWH said asphalt overlaying and repair of expansion joints at the flyover will begin at 10 p.m. on Holy Wednesday until 4 a.m. on Easter Sunday.

It added that there will be a temporary full road closure on the southbound portion of the flyover, to make way for asphalt works and the repair of expansion joints.

The northbound portion will remain open to motorists.
