Manila, Sept. 16 -- The Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) will give the country's main gateway its first mass public transportation link, with the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 Station now under construction, Acting Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez said.

In his remarks at the groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, Lopez said the NAIA station marks the first time the country will have a mass public transport system connecting to the airport.
