CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, July 22 -- The Department of Labor and Employment in Northern Mindanao (DOLE-10) on Wednesday said that it facilitated PHP32 million in monetary benefits from labor dispute settlements in the last six months.

In a statement, DOLE-10 bared that from January to June 2026, the agency assisted 903 workers through the Single-Entry Approach Program, with their respective employers also cooperating through conciliation and mediation sessions.

Of the said number, DOLE-10's intervention resulted in 695 workers benefiting from a total of PHP32,227,416.28 in back wages, separation pay, unpaid salaries, and other legally due claims.

The region also achieved a settlement rate of 89.10 percent.
