Manila, Sept. 19 -- The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) wants to meet with officials of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and Congress to discuss measures that will restrict children's access to the Internet and social media.

The move is in response to the shooting at Banga National High School in South Cotabato on Friday that left three minors dead, including the suspected shooter, reportedly a Grade 9 student, Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said on Saturday.
