SAN QUINTIN, Oct. 21 -- The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in Pangasinan conducted the second Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Serbisyo Caravan in the province here on Wednesday.

DILG Pangasinan Provincial Director Gerald Gallardo, in an interview, said the recipients of this one-stop-shop government services are residents of Barangays Alac, Baligayan, Cabalaoan, Cabangaran, Gonzalo, Labuan, Mantacdang and Nangapugan, which are considered geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.

The event was held at the local government's event center located beside the municipal hall.
