Manila, Sept. 19 -- The Department of Information and Communications Technology on Friday announced its investigation into the hacking of the Anti-Red Tape Authority's (ARTA) Policy Reform, Innovation and Streamlining (PRISM) platform.
In a statement, the DICT said the platform was hacked around 8:57 p.m. on Tuesday, resulting in the defacement of the site.
"We are currently conducting a thorough assessment of the submitted incident report and closely coordinating with the relevant authorities to ensure a proper investigation and the implementation of necessary measures," it said.
It emphasized that no sensitive data were compromised and there were no active users enrolled in the training course at the time of the incident.
