Manila, June 10 -- In response to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive for the immediate mobilization of government assistance following the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck parts of Mindanao on June 8, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) has ordered the implementation of a moratorium on housing amortization payments and the activation of its regional shelter clusters.
