Manila, March 18 -- The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) have strengthened their collaboration to intensify the campaign against real estate scams and protect property buyers from fraudulent schemes.
In a news release on Wednesday, the DHSUD said Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and NBI Director Melvin Matibag mapped out enhanced law enforcement measures aimed at curbing illegal real estate activities that victimize unsuspecting buyers.
