Manila, Oct. 6 -- The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) is partnering with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) in a significant move toward modernizing government services.

In a meeting on Monday, DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling discussed with key officials from the LandBank the department's digitalization plan and streamlining efforts.

At the forefront of the discussions was DHSUD's plan to adopt online payment systems for public transactions through LandBank's digital platform.

This initiative forms part of a broader strategy to enhance efficiency, transparency, and convenience in government services.

Aliling is aiming for the full digitalization of the DHSUD by 2028.
