Manila, July 10 -- The Department of Education (DepEd) on Friday vowed to continue quality service to the members of the education sector nationwide.

This comes as Education Secretary Sonny Angara ranked second in the latest survey of Tangere on the presidential Cabinet's satisfaction and dissatisfaction rating, conducted from June 23 to 27 among 1,500 respondents.

The education chief secured a 46.3 percent satisfaction rate, next to Sec. Rex Gatchalian of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), who topped the survey at 48 percent.

In a statement, the DepEd expressed its delight over public opinion on the administration's education services.
