Manila, March 17 -- The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) has undertaken a nationwide review of its Citizens' Charter to streamline service delivery and improve access to government programs for agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs).
In a news release Tuesday, DAR said the review, which included participation from DAR offices across the country, focused on refining key frontline services to make processes faster, clearer, and more responsive to the farmers' needs.
"This activity allows us to take a closer look at how we deliver our services and see where we can improve," DAR Undersecretary Lani de Leon said.
