Manila, Sept. 16 -- Four individuals listed as regional most wanted persons and facing charges of murder, illegal recruitment, rape, and qualified rape of a minor were arrested in separate police operations in Cavite and Laguna, the Police Regional Office (PRO) Calabarzon reported Tuesday.

Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth T. Lucas, Calabarzon police regional director, said the arrests were carried out on Monday in Silang, Dasmarinas, and Tanza in Cavite, and in San Pedro City, Laguna.

In Cavite, the first to fall was alias "Luloy," nabbed in Barangay Kaong, Silang, for murder. Hours later, alias "Karen" was caught along Congressional Road, Dasmarinas City, for violating the Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act. In the evening, alias "Franc...
