Manila, June 18 -- The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) is expected to submit its full report on the deaths of student-athletes Rene Baterbonia and Divine Adili to the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Tuesday, Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said Thursday.

Speaking to reporters in a chance interview outside the CIDG headquarters at Camp Crame, Remulla said investigators are still completing the fact-finding process and gathering statements from key resource persons.

Remulla said he has asked the parents of the deceased, the other players and the lawyers, and all have agreed that the proceedings have been "very fair."
