Manila, Aug. 18 -- Bureau of Customs (BOC) Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno on Tuesday relieved the District Commander of the Enforcement and Security Services (ESS) in Zamboanga port, who is the father of the suspect in the tragic shooting incident inside the Ateneo de Zamboanga University junior high school campus.

In an interview with reporters, the BOC chief noted that although ESS Zamboanga chief Lt. Lars Jalani has nothing to do with the incident, the relieve order was necessary to ensure an impartial investigation.
