BI deports 4 Japanese nationals linked to fraud, theft
Manila, Sept. 9 -- Four Japanese nationals were deported for overstaying as well as being undocumented, and others for being fugitives linked to alleged fraud activities and theft, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said Wednesday.
Deported on Sept. 8 were Oi Riho, 28, and Moriyama Yu, 31, who were found to be overstaying, undocumented, and undesirable aliens with alleged involvement in telecommunication and online gaming fraud, and a kidnapping-related scheme.
Also deported were Daisuke Ikeno, 51, and Hamai Daisuke, 53, declared undesirable aliens for being fugitives from justice with standing warrants in Japan for theft.
