Manila, Oct. 6 -- The municipal government of La Trinidad has directed all department heads to strictly comply with the "three-signature rule" mandated by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) to simplify and expedite the processing of public documents.
Mayor Roderick Awingan said the move aims to ensure faster and more efficient service delivery by limiting the number of signatories required for approvals.
"We are committed to promoting smoother transactions with our people without making them wait long for their applications to be approved due to numerous signatories," Awingan said during Monday's flag-raising ceremony.
