Manila, Sept. 16 -- Drug enforcement operatives have seized PHP1.632 million in shabu from five individuals in two separate buy-busts this week, a report of the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) reported on Tuesday.

About 2:50 a.m. on Tuesday, two suspects were arrested at Purok Lilang, Barangay Banago by the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU).

"Teodolo," 18, and "Veronica", 26, yielded 13 sachets of shabu totaling 100 grams with a standard drug price of PHP680,000.

"The CDEU received information from a confidential informant and from concerned citizens that alias Teodolo was actively involved in the sale of suspected shabu in the area," the police report said.
