BAGUIO CITY, Sept. 20 -- A civil society group fighting against corruption has assured that the rally here and in other municipalities of Benguet on Sunday will be peaceful.

Baguio-Benguet Laban sa Korapsyon (Against Corruption) member Louise Montenegro said they will follow what's stated in the permit, which is effective until 12 noon only.

"Ang magaganap ay isang mapayapang rally at susundin natin ang permit. Hawak natin ay mga panawagan ng mabilisang aksyon at mga placard (We will stage a peaceful rally and we will follow what is in the permit. We will issue calls for faster action and hold only placards)," she said in an interview Saturday.
