SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA, May 29 -- The 688 Child Development Centers (CDCs) in Antique province are all set to welcome pre-Kindergarten children aged below five years old for the school opening.

Social Worker Carla Jee Ann Cabigunda, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) focal person for Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD), said Friday that the CDCs in the province began their Bayanihang Bulilit or the school opening preparations on May 25.

"We are grateful for the help of the parents, barangay officials, and the community for without them the CDC workers could not do it alone," she said in an interview.

She said all school premises are already clean, and the needed repair works at the CDCs have been finished...
