Manila, Aug. 19 -- Around 200 representatives from 60 pilot government agencies have completed the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Environmental, Social, and Governance (PRIME-ESG) Foundations Course conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

In a news release on Wednesday, the CSC noted that the rollout forms part of the Philippine Civil Service Modernization Project (PCSMP), an initiative of the Philippine government supported by the World Bank through Official Development Assistance.
