MANILA, June 5 -- The Social Housing Finance Corp. (SHFC) and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) have turned over 36 housing units to homeowners' association members in Caloocan City.

In a news release on Friday, the SHFC said the beneficiaries were members of the Mapalad Ka Homeowners' Association, Inc. (HOAI) in Barangay 175, Camarin.

SHFC President and CEO Federico Laxa, together with DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling, led the distribution of the ceremonial keys to the beneficiary families.

"Mapalad na po kayo (You are already very fortunate)," he said.
