Manila, Jan. 10 -- Three weather systems will bring rains to several parts of the country, the weather bureau said Saturday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the shear line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, Quezon, and Rizal.

Meanwhile, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are forecast over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte due to the easterlies.

On the other hand, the Cordillera region, the rest of Cagayan Valley, Nueva Ecija, and Bulacan will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
