Manila, Dec. 11 -- The Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 (Caraga) turned over on Wednesday at least 28 motorcycles to its stations and units across the region.
In a statement Thursday, PRO-13 said the brand-new motorcycles, powered with 150 cc engines, are expected to boost the quick response capabilities and operational mobility of police units in the region, especially during emergencies.
PRO-13 chief, Brig. Gen. Marcial Mariano Magistrado IV, was joined by the heads of the command group and unit commanders during the turnover ceremony.
