Manila, March 30 -- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian on Monday reported that over 250,000 public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers have already received their cash relief assistance (CRA), while more than 170,000 unlisted drivers are now being validated for inclusion in special payouts after the Holy Week.
