Lingayen Pangasinan, July 28 -- Fifteen municipalities and three cities out of the 48 local government units in the province of Pangasinan have declared a state of calamity as of July 26 due to the adverse effects of weather disturbances in the past week.
Based on the situational report of the Pangasinan Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office as of 7 a.m. Monday, the towns of Umingan, Malasiqui, Calasiao, Mangatarem, Mangaldan, Sta. Barbara, Lingayen, Binmaley, Anda, Basista, Bayambang, Aguilar, Dasol, Bani, Mabini, Dagupan, San Carlos, and Alaminos cities are under a state of calamity.
