Manila, Sept. 17 -- Tropical Depression Mirasol continued to traverse Northern Luzon on Wednesday afternoon, September 17, bringing rains and winds across several provinces, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). In its 5 p.m. bulletin, PAGASA said "Mirasol" was over Kabugao, Apayao, with maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It was moving northwestward at 20 kph.
