Mumbai, July 23 -- The India Story, starring Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade, has been granted a U/A 16+ certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) after the makers carried out more than 20 modifications suggested by the board, most of which involved dialogue revisions.

Among the key changes, the CBFC directed the inclusion of a detailed disclaimer at both the beginning and the end of the film, increasing the runtime by approximately 50 seconds. The board also asked the makers to revise a dialogue referring to the percentage of farmers, changing it from 65% to 25%, while certain expressions considered objectionable towards the farming community were altered.
