Storyline

Inspired by true events, the story of Salakaar moves forward in two different timelines,1978 and 2025. In 1978, RAW agent Adheer (Naveen Kasturia) is on a mission against General Ziaul (Mukesh Rishi) in Pakistan, while in 2025, Mariam (Mouni Roy) spies for India while getting close to Pakistani Colonel Ashfaq (Surya Sharma). Mariam discovers a top secret nuclear project of Pakistan, which is a big conspiracy against India. The premise of the story is strong, but the execution is weak.
