Following the death of an employee on the film's set, the All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has demanded strict action in the matter. According to reports, carpenter Chandradhari Singh Yadav, who was working on the film's set at Royal Palm Studios in Goregaon, Mumbai, died in an accident. Following this incident, AICWA has demanded an investigation by the Maharashtra government and relevant authorities.
