Mumbai, July 29 -- Actor Ayushmann Khurrana and wife Tahira Kashyap have extended support to Assam's flood relief initiatives and made a donation to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. The contribution will help support relief and rehabilitation efforts for scores of families affected by the ongoing floods in Assam.

Known for constantly supporting meaningful causes, this is not the first time the couple has stepped forward in times of crisis. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they contributed to the Maharashtra Chief Minister's Relief Fund and also supported Gulmeher, a Delhi-based organisation that works towards empowering women waste-pickers and improving the lives of their families.
