Asha Sharma is the new face of Xbox, and her strategic actions have received a mix of criticism and praise from the Xbox community. While the layoffs were a harsh reality for the Xbox employees, what has come as a surprise for the gamers is the new direction which is being taken by Sharma to reinstate the Xbox brand in the market.
