India, April 13 -- India's supply chains run at enormous scale, but verification still lags behind movement. Products move quickly across factories, distributors, and retail counters, yet confidence in what is genuine often arrives late. This gap is becoming expensive. The Authentication Solution Providers' Association estimates that India loses nearly Rs one lakh crore every year to counterfeit goods. The problem is no longer peripheral. It sits inside everyday commercial flows.
