India, Oct. 9 -- iQOO has officially confirmed the India launch of its upcoming flagship, the iQOO 16, at India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026 in New Delhi. The smartphone will feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 Mobile Platform and will become the first iQOO device to ship with OriginOS 7 out of the box.

The announcement establishes iQOO's next flagship direction, with performance, on-device AI and software experience taking centre stage. However, the company has not yet announced when the smartphone will go on sale in India.
