India, July 28 -- Announced on July 21, 2026, Gemini 3.6 Flash is Google's latest high-throughput AI model for production applications. It succeeds Gemini 3.5 Flash with better coding performance, stronger knowledge work capabilities, improved multimodal understanding, and greater token efficiency.

Google says the model uses 17% fewer output tokens than Gemini 3.5 Flash on the Artificial Analysis Index, helping reduce inference costs. It is priced at $1.50 per million input tokens and $7.50 per million output tokens, making it less expensive than its predecessor.
