Bhubaneswar, April 19 -- World Liver Day was observed at Utkal Hospital in Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar, on Saturday. A series of awareness activities, including a mini marathon were also conducted that saw participation from around 300 people.

The awareness marathon was organised in the morning under the theme "Solid Habits Strong Liver". It was flagged off by chief guest Akshaya Kumar Sahu, Resident Editor of Asian Age and Deccan Chronicle, along with guest of honour Dr Bibhuti Bhushan Nayak, Joint Director of SOTTO.
