Bhubaneswar, Oct. 12 -- The political discourse in Odisha has intensified after suspended BJD leader Shreemayee Mishra once again questioned the party's leadership, including Naveen Patnaik, and took a veiled dig at VK Pandian through a social media post.

The political tussle escalated following the entry of Jay Dholakia, son of former BJD MLA and Minister late Rajendra Dholakia, into the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday, just days ahead of the Nuapada bypolls.

Soon after Jay Dholakia parted ways with the BJD, party leader Pratap Jena stated that Jay is the adopted son of the late Rajendra Dholakia and that Rajendra's blood does not flow in Jay's veins.
