Bhubaneswar, July 3 -- Fresh allegations have surfaced against Odisha's Rairakhol Jail Chief Warder Dilip Kumar Das, with another video purportedly showing inmates moving freely inside the jail campus and allegedly being used for personal work at the jailer's residence.

The latest development comes a day after a viral video allegedly showed the chief warder partying with criminals, drawing sharp criticism and raising serious questions over the functioning of the prison.

According to the allegations, some inmates facing serious criminal charges were regularly taken to the residence of Jailer Laxmikant Murmu, where they were allegedly made to carry out day-to-day household work.
