Bhubaneswar, May 1 -- In a tragic incident in Odisha's Ganjam district, two young men lost their lives after the motorcycle they were riding crashed into a tree on Friday. The accident took place near Lathipada village under Sorada police jurisdiction, when the rider reportedly lost control of the bike, causing it to veer off the road and collide with a tree. The force of the impact left both individuals critically injured at the scene.

The deceased have been identified as residents of Kaliaguda village, located under Gangapur police station limits.
