In a brazen act of theft, two minor boys were caught on CCTV stealing a scooter in Bhubaneswar's Bharatpur area.
Recently, the incident occurred when the duo allegedly arrived under the pretext of plucking flowers and stole the vehicle within minutes.
Despite the owner lodging a formal complaint, police are yet to apprehend the culprits.
