Bhubaneswar, June 13 -- A late-night joyride ended in tragedy after a speeding luxury BMW car crashed into a hyva truck on the Bhawanipatna bypass road, killing two young men on the spot. The accident took place late Friday night when the car was travelling from Dharamgarh towards Bhawanipatna.

The impact was so severe that the vehicle was completely mangled. Locals who reached the spot found the car crushed beyond recognition, while both occupants had died instantly. The deceased have been identified as Pintu Bag of Titlagarh and Gautam Naik of Dharamgarh.
