In a dramatic incident that unfolded in Odisha's Boudh district on Thursday, a tractor was swept away by strong floodwaters near the Kurumunda canal, triggering panic among locals. The incident occurred on the Manamunda-Sagada road, which was submerged due to heavy overnight rainfall.
According to reports, the canal overflowed, and nearly five feet of water was flowing over a small bridge. Despite the dangerous conditions, a tractor attempted to cross the bridge. Battling the strong current, the vehicle lost balance and was quickly dragged into the swirling waters.
