Bhubaneswar, March 8 -- The fourth installment of financial assistance under Odisha government's ambitious Subhadra Yojana will be released on Sunday. The disbursement is expected to benefit lakhs of women beneficiaries across the state.
More than 1 crore 2 lakh women will receive the fourth installment under the scheme. The government will transfer over Rs 5,000 crore directly to the bank accounts of beneficiaries through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system. The funds will be credited to beneficiaries' accounts on the occasion of International Women's Day.
