Bhubaneswar, April 9 -- Alleging severe shortage of classroom infrastructure, students and parents staged a protest by locking the main gate of a primary school in Ganjam district on Thursday.
The incident was reported from Shyamsundarpur Palli Primary School under Digapahandi block, where around 62 students are currently enrolled. Despite the strength, the school reportedly has only one classroom, forcing children from pre-primary (Shishu Vatika) to Class V to attend lessons in the same room.
