Bhubaneswar, Sept. 12 -- Using chilli powder to distract or incapacitate victims is not an unheard-of robbery tactic in India. Miscreants have often relied on the unusual weapon while targeting unsuspecting people. But using the same trick inside a bank sounds like a completely different level of audacity. In Nagpur, one alleged robber appears to have taken that risk.
