Bhubaneswar, Feb. 7 -- Sambalpur University has suspended an assistant professor of its MBA department following a recommendation by the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC), according to an official notification issued by the University authorities.

The suspended faculty member has been identified as Dr Saroj Kumar Sahoo. The University stated that the decision was taken based on the ICC's recommendation, though the notification did not specify the exact grounds for the suspension.
