Bhubaneswar, Sept. 25 -- Three days of incessant rainfall disrupted normal life across several parts of southern Odisha, with landslides, fallen trees, boulders, and waterlogging reported from multiple locations.

Several roads have been blocked, while railway services have also been affected in parts of the region.

In Kandhamal's Kalinga Ghati, a landslide washed away nearly 200 metres of a guard wall. At Bada Ghati in Khallikote, traffic movement on NH-16 was disrupted after huge rocks fell onto the highway. Landslides also blocked roads at various ghats in Gajapati's Mohana and Malkangiri.
