Bhubaneswar, April 27 -- In a shocking and tragic development, 14 newborn babies have gone missing from the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack. The disappearances which occurred under mysterious circumstances have prompted an investigation ordered by the Revenue Divisional Commissioner on Monday. 

The babies, all born to mothers with mental health issues, vanished without a trace, raising serious concerns about the safety, security, and accountability of the medical facility.
