Bhubaneswar, May 8 -- Preparations for the world-famous Rath Yatra in Puri are gathering momentum, with the construction of the three grand ceremonial chariots progressing steadily at the construction yard near the Jagannath Temple.

According to temple sources, 18 wheels for the three chariots have been completed so far as part of the elaborate construction process, which is being carried out with precision and in strict adherence to traditional rituals.
